But it can also be just as effective to work your way down the capsule pods vertically and take 7 days of one pod, then 7 days of the other formulation. So long as you take a pod consistently, that is the key!

Directions

Take the contents of one pod (containing five supplements) daily with a meal. Start at the top left and then work your way horizontally left to right, to alternate Skin Ultimate pods with Skin Collagen Synergy pods.
